Warranty Duration: 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase.

What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers functional defects resulting from the manufacturing or refurbishment process, including:

Print Quality Defects: Persistent faint printing, heavy smudging, severe banding, or missing colors (where ink/toner levels are above 50%).

Cartridge Recognition Errors: Electronic chip communication errors or unreadable cartridge failures upon initial installation.

Physical Defects: Internal ink/toner leaks or casing damage prior to first installation.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:

Normal consumption or exhaustion of ink/toner through standard usage.

Damage caused by improper installation, storage in extreme temperatures, or physical modification.

Damage resulting from third-party printer firmware updates that intentionally block non-OEM/refurbished supplies.

Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.
Warranty Resolution & Claim Process
If your cartridge experiences a covered failure within 6 months:

Submit a Claim: Email support@innoprints.com with your Order ID, printer model, and a brief description (plus a sample test print or photo of the error message).

Troubleshooting & Support: Our team will guide you through simple reset steps to resolve common software/chip detection issues.

Replacement or Refund: If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a free replacement unit or a full refund for the defective cartridge. Return shipping for verified defective items is completely FREE (prepaid shipping label provided).
